📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.,Provide technical support to employees, including software and hardware issues.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the organization and management of IT assets.,Support the IT department in project management and coordination.,Assist in the training and development of new IT staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with IT systems and software, including Windows, Linux, and office applications.,Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.Experience with IT support tools and software.Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.Understanding of data security and privacy principles.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
