📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule social media posts across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts,Monitor social media analytics and report on performance metrics,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner,Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding,Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and budget

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven experience in creating and managing social media content,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital media
