As an Assistant Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our growing business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
