📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, and ensure that they are stored safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor warehouse operations to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety measures to protect employees and goods.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are aware of company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all warehouse operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
