📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to customers.
• Assist in the development and testing of new coffee recipes and menu items.
• Support sales efforts by gathering customer feedback and insights.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer demands.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
