📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Use Salesforce and HubSpot to track and manage customer interactions and sales processes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service and sales strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and service plans.
• Ensure all customer data is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
