📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Use Zoho CRM and Freshdesk to manage customer interactions and ensure timely resolutions.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Stay updated with company policies and procedures.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college graduate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Zoho CRM and Freshdesk.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude.
Willingness to travel to different client locations as required.
