📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Help with the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises.,Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
