📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
  • Track and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our distribution partners.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the achievement of company goals and objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
