As an Engineering Manager at Hotel101-Fort, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians. You will work closely with the property's management to ensure that all engineering needs are met, from routine maintenance to major renovations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and development of Hotel101-Fort's infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle their responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the property's management to develop and implement engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update engineering documentation and records.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the hotel's sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its unique challenges.
