📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct telephone calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and reservations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and breaking down event spaces.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Assist with the management of the reception area, including inventory and ordering of supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a hotel, office, or similar environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
