PT Oryza Usaha is seeking a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting our sales and operations teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.,Collaborate with the purchasing team to manage stock levels and reordering processes.,Support the sales team by providing accurate information on product availability.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports for management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Work closely with the warehouse team to manage stock movements and storage.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems or software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Flexibility to work during peak hours and weekends as needed.
