📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.

Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support.

Setting and achieving departmental goals and targets.

Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports to senior management.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.

Participating in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of inventory management and sales operations.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel for business purposes.
