📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reporting.,Train and mentor retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the retail strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
