📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in managing the front desk operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.,Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally.,Support the cashier team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in preparing and distributing daily financial reports.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier position (preferred but not mandatory).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (10 kg) as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
