📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our karaoke venues, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain high-quality equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary items.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all staff and customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the karaoke or entertainment industry.
