📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Train and develop store staff to improve performance and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain accurate records of store transactions and expenses.,Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proven track record of improving store performance and customer satisfaction.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
