📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial guidance and advice to the management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements.,Manage the hotel's cash flow and liquidity.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.,Lead and mentor the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Leadership and team management experience.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
