Jaya Eko Bakery is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement operational strategies that drive growth and profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies that drive growth and profitability.,Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have adequate supplies to meet customer demand.,Work closely with the production team to ensure that products are being made to the highest standards of quality.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that we are getting the best possible products at competitive prices.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed, and that our staff are properly trained and equipped to handle any potential hazards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
