Based in Jakarta Pusat, you will work closely with a team of professionals to address legal and quality concerns, develop and implement policies, and conduct regular audits. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide legal advice and support to all departments, ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including product testing and service evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain legal and operational integrity.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and maintain legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with external legal and quality assurance consultants as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address potential risks.
- Train and mentor team members on legal and quality assurance best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal or quality assurance roles, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Certification in legal compliance or quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17025) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to consumer protection and business operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Experience with legal and quality assurance software, such as DocuSign, Salesforce, or SAP.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
