This role is crucial in ensuring that our company's procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports and data to support decision-making.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
