📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
