Moon Town Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and recommendations for improving training programs,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and technologies,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
