As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive guest experience.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
