📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and employee satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant restaurant management tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
