PT Kencana Emas is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of our shop. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented shop.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Work as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.
