📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to foster long-term business partnerships.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.,Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Understanding of the local market and customer needs in Barito Timur, Kalimantan Tengah.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
