📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our restaurant management systems and other internal processes,Collaborate with software development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, clear, and user-friendly,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines,Develop and maintain user manuals, quick reference guides, and other types of technical documentation,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources for our employees,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed,Provide technical writing support to other teams within the organization as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry,Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Experience with XML, HTML, or other markup languages,Strong organizational and project management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Passion for food and hospitality, and a desire to work in a dynamic and innovative organization
