📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain surface grinders, wire cut machines, and manual milling machines to ensure precision and accuracy in production.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Follow work instructions and quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies in the finished products.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Document machine settings, production data, and quality control results for reference and analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surface Grinder, Wire Cut, or Manual Milling Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain precision grinding and milling machines.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Valid CNC machine operator certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to different work sites as required.
