📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and maintenance for tunneling and mining equipment, ensuring compliance with GISTM standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with field engineers and international colleagues.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections, documenting all activities and findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your technical skills.
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of mining operations, adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in tunneling and mining equipment.
• Certification in GISTM standards or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations relevant to the mining industry.
• Ability to travel internationally as required by the role.
