📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver specialized instruction for students with intellectual disabilities using evidence-based practices and inclusive teaching strategies
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, therapists, and other professionals
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and other stakeholders
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and growth
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for students with intellectual disabilities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in special education
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
• Attend to the daily needs of students, including personal care, supervision, and assistance with activities of daily living

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field
• Certification as a Special Education Teacher or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with intellectual disabilities
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and inclusive teaching strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, therapists, and other professionals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students with intellectual disabilities
