Our team of experienced instructors uses a variety of tools and resources, including LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, and Scratch, to create hands-on learning experiences. This role offers the flexibility to work part-time while still making a significant contribution to our educational programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging STEM lessons and activities using tools like LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, and Scratch.
• Create and maintain lesson plans that align with national and international STEM education standards.
• Conduct workshops and demonstrations to inspire students' interest in technology and robotics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of STEM curriculum materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the education team to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in STEM education.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching STEM subjects to young learners.
• Certification in STEM education or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of educational technology tools and platforms such as Google Classroom, Kahoot, and Quizizz.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about STEM education and committed to fostering young innovators.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a must.
