📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic demand planning to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and forecast demand accurately using tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service alignment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of demand planning strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer care by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in driving strategic demand planning and optimizing inventory levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
