📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular visits to customers' locations to ensure the smooth operation of our leasing services.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of leased assets to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on customer visits, including any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure that our customers' needs are met and exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our services are competitive and innovative.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the financial services industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the local business environment in Bali, including key players and market trends.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and GPS tracking systems.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Bali.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
