As a Junior Barista at Sentana Coffee and Bistro, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffees.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience at Sentana Coffee and Bistro.
• Work closely with the barista team to learn and perfect coffee-making techniques.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking and ordering coffee beans and supplies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and understanding of the café's operations.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper handling of coffee equipment and maintaining a clean workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or barista role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
