PT Makmur Kencana Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Denpasar Selatan, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and timely.,Train and develop the restaurant's staff, and ensure that they are knowledgeable about the restaurant's products and services.,Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve the restaurant's products and services.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, food handling, and employment laws.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities, and build relationships with other professionals in the food and beverage industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team of employees.,Proven ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
