📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, and wine to guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Recommend and suggest drinks to guests based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
• Promote our bar's special events and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Attendant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and a deep understanding of different spirits and liqueurs.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
• Knowledge of local and international beverage trends.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali.
